I LOVE Working Out
So life has been pretty stressful and I haven't had time that much to go to the gym. I finished my mid-terms yesterday so I finally had time to go! I realized how much I love working out. Not only does it help me feel better about myself but, it helps me de-stress which I know Adam probably appreciates:). If I am having a bad day I need to go running, it helps me contemplate and figure out where I need to take action in my life. Although I don't really enjoy the whole "gym atmosphere" it is worth it to go and kicking my trash every now and then!
