Ice Cream of My Childhood

Growing up after swimming lessons my mom would take my brother and I to get ice cream at the local store. Every time without fail we would both pick Super Man Ice Cream. It seriously is my favorite ice cream in the entire world. I don't really know how to describe it but, if you haven't had it before it is worth a try.....if you can find it.

I think it must of been a smash hit in the 80's but now it is hard to come by. Adam is so cute he even looked online to see if any stores near us sold it....nope, then he searched to see how much it was online....a lot, and you have to buy a minimum of 5 gallons.

So it just happened that Adam was near a gas station getting our car registered and saw it!! I worked another 11 hour day and felt justified in foregoing the diet and eating ice cream. It was SO yummy!!! I think I ate to much and will definitely get sick but, it was so worth it!
