I LOVE Sushi (Especially from Happy Sumo). Last Thursday a bunch of the bridesmaids and our bride-to-be went to Happy Sumo for a girls night out! If you are skeptical about Sushi I say give it chance. Things you never thought you would like you LOVE!! Here are a few of my favorite rolls:Vegas Roll (can't go wrong with this one!)
Avo-Ebi (recently discovered and so good)
