This weekend Adam and I decided to make Papa Crop's famous carrot cake. I had heard amazing things about this cake and was very anxious to try it out. We got all the ingredients and got to work! After shredding the carrots by hand though we decided next time we have to have a cuisine art to cut them up..the process would be much faster!The smell of carrot cake started smelling up the house and before you know it everyone was migrating to the kitchen. Snickies was the first one there:)
It turned out INCREDIBLE needless to say. I am always a little nervous cooking a new recipe but this turned out perfect! I have learned any recipe that comes from the Crop's is bound to be amazing!Thanks Papa Crop!!
