P90X

Today we started the P90X Fitness training program. Oh man what did we get ourselves into. :) Today was our first day and it is no wonder the people who participate in this program get results...it kicks your trash.

The fitness program is an intense 1 hour a day work out 6 days a week. Along with this is an extensive nutrition program. We are both pretty motivated but it is definitely not going to be easy. Wish us luck!

I LOVE these! Cason's parents have them and we borrow them alot. They are hard, but as you do them they get easier. Then try the p90x plus and boy is that hard! The kempo cardio ones are my favorite!! and the ab ripper.
